Co-founders Antoine and Gregory have more than three decades of experience in high-growth startups, top-level real estate investments and private equity funds. SoHome is the first vertically integrated European platform that manages operations and real estate.
Antoine Henrion - Co-founder/Manager
Antoine has almost a decade of experience in fast-growth, high-value start-ups. As Head of Operations at Kapten/Free Now (a major competitor to Uber) he led the international expansion to Portugal, Switzerland and the UK, managing teams of 70+. Antoine runs multiple short-term rental properties in Brussels and Lisbon. He’s also the co-founder of Outpush, a B2B advertising technology solution.
Gregory Winssinger - Co-founder/Manager
For the past 13 years, Gregory has been a key partner at a boutique private equity real estate business, ImmoFinRE, that takes a risk-controlled approach to capital funds and global co-investments. With more than two decades of experience in the investment space, including managing cross-border transactions at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), Gregory is an expert in sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling and asset monitoring.
Kathrin Doneux - Head of Guest Experience
Meet Kathrin, a Belgian expatriate with four years in Portugal, overseeing a portfolio of over 40 rental units. As the head of guest experience, Kathrin blends her hospitality prowess with keen attention to detail to create memorable stays. Marta Martinez - Property Manager
