The apartment located in the historic neighbourhood of Principe Real, is newly renovated and lovingly built with wooden floors, beamed ceilings and antique details that make you feel in a charming and cosy space.
The living room has a sofa and a dining table with views to our lovely backyard garden. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals, with a stove, a microwave, cooking basics, a coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one of the bedrooms has three windows and good natural light coming in, but it also has blackout blinds. While the other bedroom has one window however it is fresher as it is not that exposed to the sunshine. There is one toilet in the apartment.

You will have access to our co-working space next door with high speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and soundproof phone booth.
Guests also will have access to our beautiful backyard garden, which is full of sun and perfect to take a break, relax and read a book.

Note that the ceiling of the apartment is low.
